Mock Trial - November 11th   LOCATION and TIME CHANGE - Minnetrista, 3:30 p.m.   Jon Moll, Shawn Neal, Scott Shockley, Kenyatta Cox and Jim Williams from DeFur Voran will be leading the case. Jim Moll will portray the judge and you, the audience, will be the jury. The case is about an internal promotion in a HR department. The department head promoted a younger staff member with less experience (although she is a rising star) over the more experienced staff member who has a significant amount of more experience and knowledge.    DeFur Voran will have handouts for attendees including the resumes of the ‘cast’ staff members. The trial will take 1 hour (10 minutes for opening statements, 40 min for evidence, and 10 minutes for closing statements). There will be 30 minutes of question and answer.   Cost is $8 for Members, $11 for guests, and $4 for students.
